Phil Smith graduated from Hanover High School and received a B.S. in Music Education from Millersville University and his M.Ed. in Music from Penn State. He currently teaches in the Hempfield School District.
Mr Smith played in the Bainbridge
Band’s saxophone section for nearly twenty years before becoming the
director. He lives in Salunga with his wife, Dot. They have three children
- Melodie, C.J., and Sam.
